The JL Audio C3-650cw is a 6.5-inch standalone component woofer/midrange speaker from the JL Audio C3 Convertible Component series. It is a single woofer/midrange driver that can be used as part of a C3-series component audio system or to replace a suitable existing driver.

Description
The C3 series is designed to offer the most flexible installation options possible. In a complete C3 system, the tweeter can be installed separately from the woofer/midrange driver or coaxially in the centre of the driver. This allows the system to be adapted to the vehicle’s original speaker locations and the desired installation solution.
The C3-650cw uses a JL Audio DMA-optimised woofer/midrange driver designed to deliver better bass reproduction and lower distortion. In addition, the C3 series uses Elevated Frame Cooling™ construction, which improves driver cooling and helps increase power handling. The cone is made of mineral-filled polypropylene.
The C3-650cw has a continuous power handling of 75 W RMS, and the manufacturer recommends using an amplifier with a power of 25–150 W RMS per channel. The nominal impedance is 4 Ω, the sensitivity is 90 dB and the frequency response is 48 Hz – 25 kHz.
