SGM Felt 1 noise damping and thermal insulation material

Description

SGM Felt1 is made of PPU, i.e. polyurethane foam. The material is self-adhesive, which makes installation more convenient and allows it to be attached to the surface being treated without using separate glue. According to the existing AudioCity product information, the material is flame-retardant and wear-resistant.

In soundproofing, this kind of material is used as a noise damping layer together with vibration damping materials. The vibration damping material reduces the vibration of metal panels, and the sound absorbing material installed on top of it in turn helps reduce noise entering the interior.

A 50 × 100 cm sheet covers a surface of 0.50 m², which makes calculating the required amount of material easy.
