JL Audio CF-350mt 3.5″ tweeters

Description

The CF-350mt uses a lightweight fibre-reinforced paper pulp cone and a special S-shaped surround designed to improve efficiency and extend high-frequency reproduction. The speaker can be used as a midrange/tweeter driver in a passive system, or as a midrange or midrange/tweeter driver in an active system.

For the CF series, JL Audio uses DMA technology to optimise the behaviour of the motor, suspension and cone. The design uses a flat spider suspension with a progressive roll and neodymium magnets, aimed at achieving good linearity, low distortion and high-quality sound reproduction.

The speaker frame is made of a glass-fibre-reinforced, high-temperature-resistant polymer. The low-profile perforated metal grille and breakaway mounts are designed to make installation easier in a variety of OEM speaker locations. The design is also intended to withstand the heat and UV radiation generated on the dashboard.
