SGM IZOL-I4 is a multi-layer car soundproofing material that combines vibration damping, soundproofing, noise damping and thermal insulation properties. The material is suitable for treating various car body parts where vibration and noise entering the interior are to be reduced.

Description
The bottom layer of the material is a 1.5 mm thick butyl rubber compound, which helps reduce vibration and resonance of metal surfaces. On top of it is a 4 mm thick Izolon PPE layer, which provides sound and thermal insulation.
The multi-layer construction allows a single material to address several different noise sources. The butyl rubber layer helps control the vibration of body parts, and the Izolon PPE layer complements the solution with sound and thermal insulation.
The sheet size of SGM IZOL-I4 is 50 × 100 cm, which means that one sheet covers a surface of 0.50 m².
